Media Specialist 

Job description 

For the position of campaign manager you will be responsible for implementing strategies in media campaign s . You take care of execution planning, execution coordination  and  execution of the campaign, reporting, optimization  and  analysis of the results. The position will be approximately 70% operational  and  30% strategic. 


What do we ask for? 

  • You have 2 to 5 years of  experience in a  media agency - specific background in display / programmatic ;  
  • You are skilled in  Such  setting up  and running  of  ( new )  campaigns  in  SEA,  d isplay,  s OCIAL, affiliates, third party eDM  and offline channels; 
  • You have  an  analytical expertise Specifically with Google Analytics, Adserving systems ( d ouble c lick,  a dform) Google &  T AG  M anager ; 
  • You are proactive in optimizing campaign structures based on input from the specialists ; 
  • You are constantly testing with technologies  and media channels; 
  • You are able to bundle information from different reporting platforms and proactively provide ideas and opportunities ; 
  • You are always looking for new developments within the media platforms  (adwords, facebook, adform, display, tv & radio) ; 
  • You are focused on  data; 
  • You can easily  report on results such as ROI, ROAS, Ebitda ; 
  • You can set up dashboards with ease and   report frequently on results .

  • HBO / WO work & thinking level: marketing or communication is a bonus; 
  • 2-5 years campaign management experience: Google Ads, Display & Social, ad serving systems; 
  • Media agency experience (media campaigns), media planning and media purchasing ; 
  • The embodiments of campaigns, spread across  multiple media channels  , zoals  SEA,  d isplay, affiliates, digitalfire, SEO ;  
  • Data & Analysis are your strongest points; 
  • Proactive, eager to learn & curious ; 
  • Strong communication skills, you  get satisfaction from  achieving success with  your  team ;  
  • Offline media experience is a bonus; 
  • Affinity with front-end activity (HTML / CSS); 
  • Hands-on experience: display, media planning & purchasing, SEA & SEO 
  • Experience with Google data studio  and other reporting platforms (eg klipfolio) 
  • Fluent in  Dutch  and  English .  German i sa  bonus .
