Client Service Director Bluefield DACH

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Client Service Director is responsible for translating the commercial policy, further developing Bluefield propositions and services. In addition, he or she actively and operationally contributes to expanding the customer portfolio, expanding existing relationships and representing Bluefield at (public events).

The Client Service Director reports directly to the Commercial Director and Managing Director of the DACH region. We are looking for a powerful commercial talent with ambition to grow further within the organization, both regionally (DACH) and EU. When functioning properly, the Client Service Director will fulfill the role and ultimately be responsible within the DACH region in the position of Managing Director. The Client Service Director is an independent self-starter and is quickly able to strengthen the client portfolio as well as maintain and further develop existing relationships at a high level. Senior enough to translate ambitions at board level into a coherent strategy and operational enough to evaluate the performance delivered with marketers.

WHAT DO WE ASK?

  • At least 5 years of (media) agency account experience; ideally supplemented with marketing & e-commerce experience on the customer side, additionally with an executional background;
  • Strong business developer & relationship manager with a focus on commercial drive;
  • Strong knowledge of media strategy and media planning both (offline & online);
  • Strong network within various media channels and publisher network;
  • Strong network for potential clients;
  • Substantial knowledge and experience with digital transformation processes and professional e-commerce implementations;
  • Substantial knowledge and experience with the development of website and apps;
  • Fluent in speech and writing in German, English and French.
